  • Method for Claiming product to return in time duration

    After product has been delivered to you, you have 3 days to claim your product by following methods

    – Second, When calling the helpline, you must schedule a pick-up or drop-off of mutual accessibility
    – Lastly, Fill the return query form fully and pack the product for pickup or drop-off

  • Refund process and time duration

    You will receive a full amount after receiving the product back in the form of:

    Bank transfer or Cheque :  Within 3-5 working days after QC
    Credit card reversal: Within 1-3 working days after QC

  • Request for replace product instead of refund or return
